Refund Policy
At NityaSpark, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing services, including Meta Ads lead generation, SEO, paid advertising, and web development. Our processes are built to ensure transparency, performance, and client satisfaction.
However, due to the nature of digital services and ad spend logistics, we follow the refund guidelines outlined below:
1. Service Fee Refunds
Once a campaign setup or service work has begun, service fees are non-refundable.
If no work has been initiated within 5 days of payment, clients may request a 100% refund of the service fee.
In cases of delayed delivery or failure to initiate work due to our team, we will offer either a full refund or service credit, based on client preference.
2. Ad Spend Refunds
Ad budgets paid directly to Meta (Facebook/Instagram) are non-refundable.
We do not control or retain Meta ad platform charges, and therefore, no refunds will be issued for ad spend once campaigns are live.
3. Performance Guarantee
We offer a performance guarantee as part of our lead generation service. If agreed targets are not met, we continue service at no additional charge until the agreed number of leads is delivered.
This guarantee does not qualify for a refund but ensures value delivery through extended support.
4. Custom Projects (Web Design/SEO)
- Refunds for web development or SEO are subject to project milestones.
- If canceled before design or technical work begins, a partial refund (up to 70%) may be provided.
- Once the project reaches mid or final milestones, no refund is issued.
Requesting a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted via email to care@nityaspark.com within 7 days of purchase.
Include your name, service purchased, date of transaction, and reason for the refund request.
